In 2015, Romania released the Legislation 219/2015 on Social Economic climate While using the aim to outline the social overall economy, regulate differing types of social enterprises and build measures to promote and support it. The Law also regulates the principles of the social overall economy. Amended in 2022, the Legislation was simplified and
